The larger apartments are where the differences show. The two-bedroom apartment with a balcony and the three-bedroom apartment both have a balcony over the city and two bathrooms, and the three-bedroom unit is the only one that sleeps six. Each bedroom has a large king-size bed, so the layouts suit families and groups who want separate rooms. The 65 m² two-bedroom apartment, by contrast, has one bathroom and no balcony.

The units are private apartments in the building, each with a kitchen for cooking and storing food, an electric kettle, a washing machine, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Every unit has its own private bathroom and a view over the city, and carbon monoxide detectors are part of the equipment.

The outdoor swimming pool is open all year, and the property also provides sun loungers or beach chairs. Private parking is possible on site and does not need a reservation; it is paid, at VND 200,000 per day. There is no internet access at the property.

The reception staff speak English, French and Chinese. Only the 79 m² and 95 m² apartments have a balcony, and the pool and sun loungers are the shared outdoor facilities.

The property stands on Bến Vân Đồn street in District 4, about 1.2 km from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City.
